We’re here to help every step of the way. With a managed installation, we help you through the entire process, from loading your clients’ and suppliers’ data through to customizing the system outputs for your business.
We offer comprehensive training and resources to ensure you get the best from your new total agency management system.

Preload

Our implementation team will supply you with a simple step-by-step guide on all the information you need to supply us with. Our team will walk you through how this is done and ensure you understand what is required and how the data will be used in ProCon Solutions. At the end of the session, an implementation schedule will be agreed including key deliverables from both sides.

Implementation

ProCon has created a fast-track implementation approach with five key processes involved in the implementation of a standard ProTAS back-office solution. The five processes are:

  1. Discovery – where ProCon analyse your current business processes, functional requirements and required integration to third party systems
  2. Development of bespoke functionality
  3. System installation and configuration
  4. Training
  5. Go-live
     

Training

Training the End User and Super User is an essential element in a successful introduction of the ProTAS Back Office system into your organisation. ProCon provide individual on-site training sessions as part of our standard implementation plans. The training sessions are then supplement by our comprehensive product manuals and intuitive Quick Guides on the most commonly used functionalities.
